At Dogmagear.eu, we aim to process and ship your orders quickly and efficiently so you and your dog can start enjoying our products as soon as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped on the next business day after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most countries in the European Union.
Shipping Costs and Free Shipping
- Greater Porto area: Free shipping on all orders.
- Portugal (outside Greater Porto): Free shipping on orders over €50. For orders below €50, a flat shipping fee of €6 applies.
- European Union: Free shipping on orders over €100. For orders below €100, a flat shipping fee of €12 applies.
Tracking and Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.
Delays and Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Dogmagear.eu is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control. If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at woof@dogmagear.eu and we will assist you as soon as possible.
