Where do you ship?

We currently ship to most countries in the European Union. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to contact us at woof@dogmagear.eu.

Orders are sent out from Portugal.

What are the shipping costs?

  • Greater Porto area: FREE shipping on all orders
  • Portugal (outside Greater Porto): FREE shipping on orders over €50
  • European Union: FREE shipping on orders over €100

    For orders below these thresholds, shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed and shipped on the next business day after your order is placed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping provider:

  • Greater Porto area: 1-2 business days
  • Portugal: 2-4 business days
  • European Union: 4-10 business days

Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

What if my order is delayed or damaged?

While we do our best to ensure timely and safe delivery, Dogmagear.eu is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control.

If your order is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at woof@dogmagear.eu with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
