Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with DOGMA. We want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Period
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. If you are located in the European Union, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, under the EU cooling-off period.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition
- Must have all original tags and packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please note that we do not accept returns on:
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt at woof@dogmagear.eu and we’ll make it right.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at woof@dogmagear.eu with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide:
- Return shipping instructions
- Return address (to be provided during the return process)
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received the funds, please contact us at woof@dogmagear.eu.
